Crank it up!

I'm very excited about getting the Classic City Realty blog going! We got into the property management business two years ago, and i'm finally blogging about it!

So, about the name...

I debated as to whether to use that line in a recent advertising campaign and my better judgment kicked in (at the last second no less). I like the title because it summarizes how i want to approach the business. Property Management is all about making real estate pay you. In my opinion, it's the "business" side of the real estate industry industry; where one buys real estate for the purpose of one day realizing a return on their investment. So...it stands to reason that if someone is going to hire a real estate company to manage their properties, they want to make sure that they hire someone that wants to help them get more out of those properties. Hence...kicking assets!

We're getting geared up for the spring. Rental season starts about now (Feb) and peaks the last month of July. So...it's all up hill from here. I hope i still feel as vigorous about doing what we do in August.
